Addressing childhood obesity, I created a line of raw frozen sauces which can be put over almost anything. To complement this and to cross market the products, the labels have a picture of a character and name of same which corresponds to a series of childrens books telling the story of how my adopted African daughter got healthy, and what is addressed in the body by eating these sauces. Further, there are toys of the characters on the labels and there is one over all character / toy that being Little Sassy Sauce. The food is organic as much as we can find the ingredients.
We have private orders we now fill however, we require start-up funds to have the kitchen brought to code, packaging, and we do already have marketers, artists, and musicians ready to launch this line of merchandise and food.
We also have a quick health food restaurant that is 'featuring Little Sassy Sauce'.
Shaw University is involved in creating the chemical analysis for each product and for safety components for the toys.
Today an associate from Whole Foods wanted to sell one of the sauces he tasted so that is another outlet. By creating these sauces parents have an easy meal and the entire family benefits from this food.
